2. Shipping Providers
- We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our primary shipping service providers include Bluedart, Safe Express, Delhivery, and other reliable logistics partners.
3. Shipping Timeframes
- Standard Orders: All non-customized products will be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order, depending on your delivery location.
- Customized Orders: Customized products may take longer and will be shipped within 7 to 8 weeks from the order date.
- Delays: In rare cases, some products may experience shipping delays of 24 to 25 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances, including high demand or supply chain disruptions.
4. Packaging & Delivery
- All our products are shipped in secure, sturdy boxes to ensure their protection during transit.
- Note: We do not offer "open box" deliveries, either from our side or our shipping partners. All items are delivered in their packaging to ensure they reach you safely and in perfect condition.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification at your registered email or phone number, containing tracking details (if available) and the courier service used.
- For carriers that offer tracking, you can monitor your shipment status directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided in the notification.
6. Delivery Time within India
- After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the typical delivery time within India is 7 to 10 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- Please note that delivery can sometimes take longer due to external factors like:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Transportation delays
- Political disruptions
- Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will keep you informed and provide updates via email.
7. Liability for Delivery Delays
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors beyond our control. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delayed delivery, including loss of profits or goods.
